The indices of the Belknap County Registry of Deeds contain entries of information pertaining to the names of the grantors and grantees, book and page of recording, location of property and date recorded. Although every effort is made to ascertain that all the information is accurate before printing, errors do happen and when discovered they are corrected immediately. The registry has no duty to notify any users of any such corrections and/or errors.

The parties agree by reading this contract/agreement that they acknowledge that they should not rely on any copy of an index for information about a recorded instrument but, should examine the instrument.

COPIES OF DOCUMENTS INDICES

Only copies obtained from the official Registry of Deeds records are considered to be the official public record.
