The indices of the Cheshire County Registry of Deeds contain entries of information pertaining to the names of the grantors and grantees, book and page of recording, location of property and date of record. Although every effort is made to ascertain that all the information is accurate before printing, errors do happen and when discovered corrected immediately. The registry has no duty to notify any users of any such corrections and/or errors.

The parties agree by reading this contract/agreement that they acknowledge that they should not rely on any copy of an index for information about a recorded instrument but, should examine the instrument.

IMPORTANT NOTICE; ALL INFORMATION SHOWN IS FOR REFERENCE ONLY AND NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR THE ACTUAL REGISTRY INDICES AND/OR DOCUMENTS AND BY READING THIS AGREEMENT YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE MATERIAL OBTAINED WILL BE USED FOR INFORMATION AND REFERENCE ONLY AND WILL NOT BE SOLD OR GIVEN TO A THIRD PARTY.

Only copies obtained from the official Registry of Deeds records are considered to be the official public record.

All program(s) and information are copyright protected, and as such, are governed by copyright law.

By reading this agreement you agree to abide by these terms. Any use of copies deemed to be for profit or not, or for any other use, may result in legal action.

$2 for the 1st page, $1 per additional page.
Send request to the Registry noting book and page and a check for total due.
Copies are mailed the day the request is received.
